Description
Multi-row bearings are bearing assemblies with two or more rows of rolling elements arranged between raceways. Typical examples of multi-row bearings are spherical ball bearings, spherical roller bearings, and package bearings.
For the purpose of increasing load capacity, bearings are constructed with two or more rows of rolling elements. Two-row configurations are also constructed for self-retaining, for preloading, for bi-directional axial load carrying, or for reduction of internal friction losses.
